Sooner or later some good sense will surface & Fiji will be liberated from all these 'crap' from this dictator.

Watched NZ's talk with China & it was obvious from the facial expressions & body language that they have absorbed & taken on board what NZ is trying to say in the China/Fiji deals. At least 'Red Door' will realise theres too much at risk here if they don't play their cards right after all NZ has just signed the free trade aggreement not so long ago during the Labour govt.

Also, Michael Field rightfully said in his interview on Campbell Live TV3 two nights ago - Bainimarama has very little army experience and intellectual capacity is questionable. Field said that Bainimarama was out of his depth.

When one reflects on this dictator's credentials as compared to others who have gone out on peace keeping duties etc. This guy has never done any Military Peace keeping Mission duties except for being a Navy man. Was this coup his attempt to flex his muscle to his military mates that a Naval man can execute a coup too??

The recent MP lineips now, theres no evidence of a balance representations by other races in Fiji. Its filled up with his puppets from the Fijian segment (Indigenous). Theres couple of Indian lawyers supporting him & Indian Radio Stations in Auckland which is the only station thats giving him airtime as others are reluctant Others that had supported him earlier have all sidestepped. Who knows why & where they are hiding?

Last Saturday 11 April, Fiji Community in NZ had the opportunity to tune in to radio talks where they heard on air a first hand interview by Ruci Farrell, a Fijian jurnalist, where she asked leadings qusetions to elected & ousted Prime Minister Qarase on Pacific Radio FM & PI531 as hosted by Mrs Nemai Vucago. It was an invigorating one as we were given an excellent & balanced political view from a leader of one the parties as to whats happening to Fiji.

For the new Cabinet lineups, why has Bainimarama not elecetd any one from other segments of Fiji society i,e Europeans, Chinese, Rotuman, Banaban, General Parties or (Vasu),Pi's etc.

How then can he boast that Fiji people will soon have a fair & equal pportunity for everyone in Fiji. His bullcrap is coming out faster than bullets. This of course will probably be again challenged by another coup maniac in time to come when he or she will say the platform that Bainimarama has elected to redo a new constitution snaced of too many Native Fijians who have formed his group of (puppet) Mps an his cabinet. Too much from same camp so to speak. Its total just utter ABSURDITY at its highest !!!

Interestingly those senior ex Militray men who have written to the dictator challenging him
quote,

" Since you have chosen to live by the sword, you should be prepared to die by the sword”, the letter said." unquote.

This is great because at the very least theres strong evidence of some resistance movements happening in Fiji despite this dictaror's tight grip on power.

Shortly we will blog a black page to remeber the sufferings of the Fiji people.Luvei Viti (Children of Fiji)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09748457374508712028noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6887620052409054934.post-84241952789349600992009-04-16T08:31:00.000+12:002009-04-16T08:31:00.000+12:00Good comments here. The Zimbabwe comparison is frightening, but I guess the money China is putting into Dictator Bainimarama's coffers creates another discussion. Of course it depends on what that money is used for - I bet it isn't to assist the Fijian people. NZ's PM will be raising Fiji when he meets the Chinese Communist Regimes's leader soon.
In the longer term I think that the wonderful Fiji people will develop democratic leadership and particicipants in a democracy that WILL work. Those leaders aren't even known to the Fijian people yet - but they will, thanks to Dictator Bainimarama's unsustainable actions of the past couple of years, days....No democracy is perfect, but it cetainly beats the oppression of Dictators like the seriously deluded commodore. Keep the communication going and check out my blog as well...ttp://teejayforafreefiji.blogspot.com/
Cheers,
Tom

KEEP BLOGGING FOR FIJIAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
